The Brief
Mary Kay required a promotional video to help recruit new sales people, using real-life ‘top sellers’ from their existing salesforce.
The process
We created a script based on conversations with the Mary Kay sales teams and our location scouts sourced great places to film in, which offered bright, light and inspiring backdrops. Using a Zeiss prime lens and prisms helped us achieve a sunny look for the film, despite filming over two grey days in January. The final output included a selection of longer films which explain how to grow a customer base and build a business, as well as shorter social media films that promote the job opportunities available at Mary Kay.
