We were commissioned to create eight recipe films for Lidl’s ‘A Lidl Bit of Christmas Magic’ campaign, fronted by TV chefs Lesley Waters and Nick Nairn, as part of Lidl’s wider Christmas marketing campaign.
The Films
While Lesley, Nick and our own Home Economist Kate created the recipes, we designed a Christmas kitchen in August, creating a festive backdrop for our chefs’ recipes. Many Christmas dinners later, a few late nights – and some increased waist lines – we delivered our film in just 10 days. An integral element of the Lidl Christmas campaign that year, our film offered customers an informative and enjoyable way to plan their Christmas entertaining.
